Be.come Consulting provides sanctuary to dive deep — similar to a dancer needing a studio to practice deep plies for jumping high or a baseball catcher needing a field to train for sinking deep into the legs to release a ball powerfully and accurately.

Likewise, this consulting inn is a sanctuary to learn HOW TO dive deep in organizational waters.

There is a timing within for which to be ready to step into the season offered here.

That’s because this consulting is less about analytics and information and more about HOW you are functioning with aligning principles — or not functioning — to produce fruit — ripe and fragrant … or dis-eased. It more akin to learning to swim than studying to learn how to swim.

This inn then seeks not to “talk about” but rather provides training in “talking to.” As such, participants should be prepared to be learners, capable of being interrupted, coached, and receptive to, if not eager for, feedback.

This is a center uniquely positioned for helping operate from your center and often requires some … finishing to begin ...

One of the first learnings here — and one we often have missed in life’s education — is HOW TO communicate. This leads into the depth and clarity of communication as well as character, and therein is why I often begin with what I believe was, is, and is to come … the pure language … of the heart … for as a man thinketh in his … HEART…so IS he. This is the profound interior design of us …. and it is experienced and flows both internally and externally.

Governing such … I believe will result in walking on water!

I draw from the waters of my faith rooted in the rock of Messiah King Jesus the LORD (YHVH)/the Biblical Word/Holy Spirit, and upon the well of my Applied Behavioral Science masters degree in whole system health for Organization Development that has Biblically aligned.

Cottage Coaching

  • Time set aside just for you:  We can begin to design ... for bountiful fruit or simply rest in encouragement of the current fruit. Core to this work is knowing purpose in your vision! 
  • This is a package of 10-weekly scheduled sessions lasting 1.5 hours each. The time must be used within the package dates determined. 
  • Packages available in 4 seasons:
    • March-May
    • June-August
    • September-November
    • December-February
  • Session time may be used:
    • weekly in person or virtually
    • grouped into longer sessions
    • others may join your session time
    • applied to onsite learning
    • applied to beautification of organization projects
  • Best used for those wanting support, new results, or planning.
  • Best used by those committing to their growth.                           
  • Number of Cottages is limited.

OD Consulting

  • Free 30-minute consultation regarding your organization.
  • Useful for leading self, a home, a group, a church, a business, a non-profit & any organization.
  • Minimum working session is 1.5 hours.

Special value is offered for combining Cottage Coaching & Growth Group.

Growth Facilitating

  • A new communication skillset is taught, and then incorporated into experiential learning, each week via facilitation of the group members! Learning builds each week: Extraordinary!
  • Expect interruptions in the communication process as you would expect from a dance teacher or baseball coach.
  • Session runs 1.5 hours for 10 weeks.
  • Current offering is Sundays  7p.m. - 9p.m. ET via Zoom.  
  • Another session time may be added upon request.
  • Group limited to 12 participants. 
  • Attendance is imperative: Must be present! No more than two classes can be missed as learning builds week upon week.
  • No make up classes available.
  • No refunds.
  • Best used for HOW to communicate. 
  • Critical for practicing and improving communication adeptness in self & organizations. 
  • Class can be repeated as much as desired.
